On the right half, at the very beginning of the video, you will see the baby's mouth take a gulp! It's drinking the water! The arrow is pointing at the mouth and the baby's left arm is raised up to its head. After that, we get some more closeups of the heart, beating away.

ah! got it! how old does the baby have to be to eat a cupcake?
Probably have to wait until after it's born. But I don't know, I'm not a doctor. I don't think I noticed any cupcakes on the ultrasound.
